MY RESUME

I have made people my business and it has been a rewarding experience! When I worked in Talent Development, I started using a staple icebreaker; "What is the difference between service and hospitality?"

I have not only made people my business, but I have set out to exceed expectations in all the possible ways and by whatever means that I get to curate an experience. The goal is to leave a lasting positive impact. One that will create the desire to return and to try again.

Whether I am in a dining room as a manager, in front of a training class as an educator, behind a desk responding to event leads, creating a digital product, or standing behind a bar in the heart of a private event mixing libations.

In all of these cases, hospitality and people remain my number one priority.

In 2021 - Savor passion and get transported to yesteryear with Libations Co. cocktails! After twelve years immersed in the world of restaurants, I've developed a fascinating attachment to mixology. It is with immense pleasure that I offer my hometown catering services for select events. Libations Co. is an operation that specializes in cocktail development and cocktail service. Libations Co. proposes a unique menu in addition to personalized flavors. Whether your bartender is on sight or your bottled cocktails get delivered to your doorstep, you're guaranteed an enchanting time through somewhat familiar local and foreign flavors as they marry so well to shower your special occasion.

In 2023 - this service extended to a culinary tour of Libreville. Proposing food tour circuits for up to 8 diners at a time that focused mainly on traditional meals and beverages, food artisans, and staple food locations around the city.

Continuing to help create systems that will solidify teams. More so, to learn together as a team to belong to the community we are a part of. It required efficiency flexibility and the willingness to support both our front-of-the-house and heart-of-the-house teams when they needed me most. With having been part of nine out of eleven teams, in our Maryland, DC, and Virginia locations, I have solidified my people skills and understood the movement of sales and labor about your community's habits. Being an extension of management on the floor allowed for everyday continuing education. Training never stops and coaching makes perfect. Additionally, being able to touch guests’ tables and getting real-life feedback to take back to the training class is very helpful. It has been said that culture movers are the lifeline of a restaurant and I thrive in identifying those who will tirelessly build the right experience for our guests. I have always had a passion for creating long-lasting positive memories. I have built quite the repertoire in this short time. Corporate Trainer

Restaurant openings and being directly involved in the building of front-of-the-house teams can be quite rewarding. I got the opportunity to write and implement a host manual that was used to facilitate host training in two of our locations. The host stand is the face of all restaurants, it was a privilege to enhance lively personalities with the tools for perfect hospitality and incredible first and last impressions. Additionally developing a system for efficient reservation management. As well as being one out of 4 in a team whose sole purpose was to teach, lead, and nurture the Chef Own Restaurant, refined Belgian cuisine, foreign beer, and wine culture for a team of ambassadors for our Maryland teams.
